Monastic Work

For an Oblate, work is a change of position in prayer. It does not blur or diminish the disposal of the soul, where God communicates and manifests himself with His gaze of Love, calling her to intimacy.

We lead a life of poverty, making a living with the work of our hands; and as consecrated souls, dependent on God´s providence.

We usually make liturgical ornaments and clothes for the divine worship. In the Monastery of Moyobamba we also make hosts.
